James Beaman - “we need talk about black anti-semitism”
I would suggest we need to talk about Jewish greed, Jewish dual loyalty, contempt for goyim, the hatefulness of Judaism, the depravity of the IDF, the resemblance of modern Israel to nazi Germany, orthodox paedophila, kol nidre, & lying and why 109 different countries have booted you out
I don’t fear Muslims. I have several lovely friends who are Muslim. I do fear radical Islamists. (So do they, which is why they’re here in the US now.)
Radical Islamists attacked New York City, Florida, Texas, Colorado and our Capitol. They’ve attacked Israel. They’ve attacked communities in the UK, Argentina, India, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq and across Africa. They have brutalized Jews, Christians, Druze, Yazidis, Bahai, women, gays, journalists, diplomats, student protesters and other Muslims who did not share their ideology. They’ve turned Gazans into human sacrifices for it. There is much to fear and hate with this murderous bastards.
The fact that a prospective mayor of the country’s largest city not only refuses to denounce the radical Islamic terrorists who committed barbaric acts of rape, torture, and murder on October 7, but heartily supports them is treasonous!
Thank you! Two points: 1) Mamdani provided vocal support for “Holy Land 5”, a proscribed terrorist supporting org which was banned for its direct fundraising links to Hamas. This support occurred prior to his US citizenship approval. Which dictates that he falsified his application and his citizenship should be revoked; 2) Familiarize yourself with the Islamic concept of “Al-Takeyyah”. Islam allows Muslims to lie for religion. It is a binding principle of Islam. Muslims use this principle to lie to the infidel unbelievers and tell that Islam is a religion of peace. It’s why Mamdani will say or do anything to coverup his true views on Jews and the west. Just ponder that….
WHOA. The picture just gets worse, doesn't it? Mamdani is a real "smiling Jack" and I absolutely don't believe a word he says--it's perhaps the curse of being a lifelong actor: I can spot a phony a mile away. When I see him grinning and glad handing like the showboat he is, I'm reminded of Hamlet's description of Claudius: "Villain, villain, smiling damned villain..."
Voice of Zion said it perfectly in a post a few days ago:
You think Mamdani's dangerous because he's radical?
No. He's dangerous because he's charming. Because he's palatable. Because he plays the activist while laying the legal groundwork for the annihilation of the Jewish collective.
Perhaps, as the homosexual rights movement did with the slur “gay”, we should embrace, transform, (and create) phobic labels. Therefore, in that spirit, I declare I am proudly Islamophobic, MAGAphobic, Wokophobic, Transactivistphobic, and Feministophobic! Might as well add “Mamdaniphobic.” To generalize and simplify: I am a Phobe.
"He’s gone so far as to appear on camera, choking back tears, bewailing the islamophobic abuse he and his family have endured during his campaign, claiming victimhood."
Correction: the "islamophobic abuse" he SAYS he and his family endured. To the extent that's even true, and there's little evidence it is, it's infinitesimal compared to what millions of Jews are experiencing, and in no small part because of hate-peddlers like Mamdani.
He's playing the victim as a political tactic. That's what Islamists do.
I have a strong antipathy for Muslims, particularly Middle Eastern men, that goes back to the 1970's and has been reinforced by many subsequent experiences. When I was in college and grad school in Michigan there were many Middle Eastern nationals on campus, especially Iranian fundamentalists who wanted to oust Shah Pahlavi. They staged demonstrations against him, and because I was a leftist activist I approached them and asked why they were protesting. They told me about Pahlavi's secret police nabbing and torturing people I believed them (many of their claims are true). I didn't feel sufficiently connected, however, to their desire for a regime change in a Middle Eastern country, and the protests did not attract much support from other American students. I had no idea that these Iranians were followers of the Ayatollahs who have oppressed the people of Iran ever since the late Seventies.
Since that time I have had a number of bad experiences involving Middle Eastern men, including multiple sleazy sexualized approaches from them when I was a student. I had never been treated like a street walker before, so those encounters were jarring, especially when guys tried to grab my body when I walked by their tables in the student snack bar. I worked in the student health service, where I saw a Middle Eastern woman who had been beaten nearly to death brought in to the ER. And yes, I get that white American women also get beaten up and killed by their white American partners, but the imagery of this woman's injuries still sticks in my mind. I was told by other health service employees that this was not the first time they had seen married Middle Eastern women coming into the ER with injuries from domestic violence.
When 9/11 happened I was not at all surprised that the perps were Middle Eastern terrorists.
Since then, a mosque was built in my neighborhood, and the building where I rent an office has been filled with Middle Eastern and North African immigrants, mostly operating non-profits focused on causes within their native countries, such as Somalia and Sudan. The men generally ignore me, and when I introduced myself to them they refused a handshake--"We don't touch women."
A phobia is defined as "an irrational fear," generally not based on past experiences. A stereotype is based on the past experiences of a lot of people, and is the most accurate way to predict how an individual might behave, based on his group membership. (If you don't believe what I just said, look up the evidence base in the social psychology literature on the accuracy of stereotyping. Here is a technical article on the subject: https://spsp.org/news-center/character-context-blog/stereotype-accuracy-one-largest-and-most-replicable-effects-all).
Whatever happens in the political arena , it will be upon the residents of the city to define how it is to become. If violence continues , there will be repercussions . It can't go on without consequence , with impunity. That's the bottom line. I hope this gets resolved .
If I criticize the Westboro Baptist Church does that make me Christianphobic? If I criticize Haredi Jews, does that make me Jewphobic?
Or is it worth noting that some religious adherents reject modernity and civil rights, freedom of expression, etc? To acknowledge that some beliefs deny humanity to some, as an act of religious 'purity, is not unreasonable.
See: Hasidic Jews. The women cover their hair with wigs, their legs with opaque hose...they walk behind their men on the street...there are plenty of medieval aspects to that orthodox sect. But you don't see Hasidic Jews declaring war on the west. They co-exist with the rest of us, especially in NYC, and they keep to their community and their traditions.
> incumbent Eric Adams, who has been an utter failure in the job (I’ve been a New Yorker for 32 years—believe me, Adams has been a disaster for the city).
Why do you say this? I haven't been here as long as you, but he doesn't seem to have been that bad. Not amazing or anything, but not a disaster like Brandon Johnson in Chicago or Bass in LA, or even bdb. We could do worse.

Just read this and thought of you. Appears that this Canadian writer and you have a lot in common:

It's certainly terrifying. And I LOVE New York. I don't want to see it destroyed. Thank you for sharing and for your suppport!
You’re welcome, James. Stay safe.

Agreed. It’s a pretty dismal record for Adams, considering he was once Police Chief.
Wonderfully put, James, as always.
To add to your point:
If I criticize the Westboro Baptist Church does that make me Christianphobic? If I criticize Haredi Jews, does that make me Jewphobic?
Or is it worth noting that some religious adherents reject modernity and civil rights, freedom of expression, etc? To acknowledge that some beliefs deny humanity to some, as an act of religious 'purity, is not unreasonable.
There are groups like the Amish and Mennonites that reject modernity but don’t deny others’ humanity.
Awesome point! Not all groups thar deny modernity slip into medieval humanity denial. Much obliged.

Crime has been a big issue under Adams, from shoplifting/looting (we still have to have the toothpaste unlocked for us at CVS) and violent crime: https://www.politico.com/news/2025/05/08/eric-adams-touts-a-drop-in-crime-the-numbers-tell-a-different-story-00334274
